Gift Shopping with Anna B

Few things in life elicit the joy of a handwritten note. When the words are written on beautiful stationery the sentiment becomes all the more satisfying. Florida based Rifle Paper Co. has mastered the art of pen and paper design with its nostalgic hand painted illustrations and whimsical lettering. In four short years Anna Bond has transformed her two-person business, formerly run out of her one bedroom apartment, into a full-fledged paper empire. Producing some of the most sought-after products on the market, it's apparent Anna's taste level is on point, both in design and gift giving. Anna Bond’s American Made Gift List

On my wishlist… I would not mind sleeping in this coral silk night shirt.

For my dad… My dad loves vintage watches and clocks and I have a feeling he hasn’t heard about the new Shinola American made watches yet so I would love to surprise him with a special gift this year such as this.

For my brother… My little brother is a former Marine living in Charleston and I have a feeling he and his guy friends would love to throw around this handmade leather football.

For my mom… I love this simple canvas and leather tote for my mom to carry to the farmer’s market and other errands.

For my niece… I plan on getting my nieces a whole stockpile of Tattly tattoos like thiscircus set.

My favorite holiday memory… I don’t know that I have one specific memory. It’s more of a collection of great times at home with my family and enjoying one another’s company... Whether it be eating too many holiday cookies, taking a trip into New York City together, or playing games.

Gift Shopping with Michelle Vale

Tea with Eloise at the Plaza, ice skating in the city, dinner at Le Bernardin, custom gifts from her eponymous hand bag line - Michelle Vale has definitely checked her gift list. Twice.Michelle Vale's American Made Gift List

For my husband… A custom made in New York Michelle Vale men’s briefcase, J Brand Jeans, Allen Edmonds shoes. A leather carryall created just for him. Sentimental, one of a kind gifting for my one and only. We both love J Brand for casual days and new shoes to go with…

For my daughter… Washable Paints/Art Supplies/Eloise afternoon Tea at the Plaza. My daughter definitely is a mini me. She loves to create. She spends hours and hours drawing and painting the day away. She also loves creative play. She will just adore the Rawther Fancy Tea Party at the Plaza with grandma, my niece and me!

For my niece... My niece loves to visit and loves all things fancy and fashion. She will love walking the runway and shopping at the Eloise store after a fancy tea at the Plaza.

For my son... Tickets to the Winter Classic at Yankee Stadium. Devils vs. Rangers, baseball meets hockey... my son's dream come true.

For my nephew… Kids Baby Rib ¾ Sleeve Raglans and ice skating with the cousins at one of the many great ice rinks in New York followed by delicious hot cocoa. I am all about the experiential holiday gift! Following in my son’s footsteps my nephew loves all things sports!

My favorite holiday tradition… A late romantic Christmas Eve dinner, followed by Santa preparations, followed by early morning gift opening, followed by a hearty breakfast including homemade biscuits and bacon!

Gift Shopping with Shana Luther

Shana Luther's impeccable eye for design obviously transcends handbags. With a gift list touting timeless shades, rustic Americana skillets and handcrafted wallets, it's pretty apparent Shana's got this gifting thing down.

On my wishlist… I’m a jewelry junkie and I’m dying over the new braided collection from In God We Trust, especially this amazing cuff (Hubby, take note!). I think I’ve reached the age where I deserve a good pair of sunglasses. I’m loving the aviator and concorde styles from Randolph Engineering.

For my girlfriends… My girlfriends and I are always making time to go out and grab a glass of wine, especially during the somewhat stressful holiday season. Who needs a giant wallet when you can carry the necessities in the Mini Wallet!

For my husband… The Hubs lives in button down shirts and being a designer as well, is not a fan of cookie cutter design. These men’s shirts from Bills Khakis come in great prints and you won’t see everyone else wearing them.

For my dad… My dad is a man who takes his shave seriously. Although he’s not one to stockpile a lot of product, I know he would appreciate this amazing shave kit from Imperial Barber Products!

For my mom… My mom loves to be in the kitchen cooking up a storm and I know she would love these handcrafted, cast iron skillets from FeLion Studios. The coolest thing about these, you can choose your state - hers would be the state of Pennsylvania.

My favorite holiday memory… Living in Brooklyn, my husband and I have a somewhat small apartment, but that doesn’t stop us from entertaining every Christmas Eve. Our families and friends gather at our place for the day (and most times, into the late evening) and we have a wonderful feast that my husband and I miraculously put together in our small kitchen. Although it’s always tight and rather crowded, the day is full of love and laughter and there’s nothing better than that. We’ve been doing it for 4 years now and it’s turned into a tradition. I love that.

Gift Shopping with Sheena Sood

Searching for the perfect American made present? Founder of abacaxi, Sheena Sood, shares what's on her wishlist this holiday season along with her picks for American made gifts.

On my wish list… Hard to go wrong with anything from Clover Canyon, especially this printed sweatshirt or accordion printed crop top. I’m also totally obsessed with this made in NYC asymmetric skirt and knit in NYC wool sweater by Kordal. I’ll wear them together! Loving Kordal’s loungy knit shorts and rayon/silk crop top for winter days at home.

For my girlfriends… abacaxi mandala rings are great for the holidays! For my more adventurous friends, ornate jeweled bracelets with attached rings. Pretty sure my friends will get a kick out of these awesome bikinis. Lovely hand-dyed pillowcases by Upstate are another option, or these gorgeous tumblers.

For my sister… She’ll have fun in this abacaxi shift dress (on sale), and might need a little arm bling to go along with it. Unique handmade ceramic planters and cups and napkins from Brooklyn-based Mondays Projects for the home.

For my mom… She’ll get a lot of wear out of this abacaxi silk blouse (on sale), Kordal’s lovely Aimee sweater and Upstate’s hand-dyed silk blouse.
